Desired Qualification - Successful Candidate will

- Efficient communicator together internally; to all levels of management, and externally with customers and suppliers.
Minimum Education Requirements - Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
- Eight years of experience with a demonstrable capability of estimating all structural / site concrete, landscape, grading / paving, underground, masonry, and pools.
- Extremely proficient with: MS Office - Excel, Project and Word, Timberline/Sage100 Estimator, Quickbid and On Screen Take Off.
Additional Skills preferred - AutoCAD and Spanish
language skills.
