A position for vacant Construction Project Manager


CCE Services International is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for their Project Management Office in King George, VA. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the administration hard work associated with both domestic and international construction for the U.S. and overseas project sites as it relates to proposal planning, project remobilizations, project set­up, execution set­up and close­out.

Expectations of the Employee:
  • Be interested to learning new skills, performing new tasks, acquiring new training, and working with new people and departments.
  • Be proficient to laugh at yourself and others.
  • Able to travel to Washington D.C., Arlington, and other locations as wanted to attend meetings.

Critical Abilities:
  • Follow direction of the Program Manager.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures of the Operations Department.
  •  Work independently and as a member of the Operations team.
  • Assist in coordinating project site preparation services.
  • Monitor timeliness of submittal receipt and approval, reviewing submittals for correctness and entirety, notifying Project Manager of issues.
  • Develop and maintain tracking logs including: insurance tracking logs that monitor subcontractor certificates of insurance; Request for Information  Logs; Change Order Logs;
  • Set up purchase requests for change orders or new subcontracts/purchase orders.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Three years’ experience supporting construction project administration requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and blueprints quickly and accurately and to compare them with construction in progress.
  • Must have or be able to obtain a government-issued security clearance to the Secret level or higher.
